Vince Gethings
Chief Executive Officer
Vince Gethings is an Air Force veteran and entrepreneur with more than 16 years of leadership experience. Starting with a single VA home loan property, he scaled to 570+ multifamily units valued at over $40 million. Vince is the co-founder of Tri-City Equity Group, owner of BlackSand Property Management, and operator of multiple businesses including Koala Insulation and Magic Carpet Bay City. He specializes in building systems, developing teams, and creating multiple income streams, and now leads Wheelbarrow Profits with a mission to help investors create scalable, sustainable wealth.
Gino Barbaro
Coach
Gino Barbaro is a multifamily investor, entrepreneur, and educator with a portfolio exceeding $100 million in assets. As co-founder of Jake & Gino, he created the Buy Right, Manage Right, Finance Right framework, which has helped thousands of investors scale confidently and intentionally. Gino is also a certified professional coach with a passion for mindset, family leadership, and long-term wealth building. Based in St. Augustine, Florida, he and his wife Julia homeschool their six children while running their family-owned ventures. Through his books, podcasts, and mentorship programs, Gino is dedicated to helping others achieve financial freedom and build lasting legacy wealth.
Mike Taravella
Coach
Mike Taravella, CPA, is an investor and asset manager with deep experience in accounting, operations, and deal analysis. After earning his Master’s in Accounting from Michigan State University, he worked at Ernst & Young and later supported Detroit’s startup ecosystem through Rock Ventures. Mike began investing in 2016, acquiring and self-managing properties in Michigan before joining Rand Partners in 2019. He is responsible for underwriting, investor relations, and asset management, bringing a systems-driven and analytical approach to scaling multifamily portfolios.
Darren Light
Coach
Darren Light is a multifamily investor and operator who began his real estate journey in 2016 and transitioned full-time by 2018. He has ownership and operational experience across more than 700 doors in multifamily and RV/campground assets and has taken three properties full cycle. Darren brings a strong foundation in acquisitions, underwriting, and operations, paired with a passion for developing people. Known as a true “Go Giver,” he empowers and motivates others to reach their potential in both real estate and life.
