Don’t hesitate to take your investing to the next level! Great community, lots of value and tons of motivated people. If you think the value is in the mentorship/training… you are probably looking at this program wrong…. While that is amazing and a tremendous value, the real investment is being part of a community that is so open, helpful and full of motivated people that can/will become future business partners!

I’ve been apart of this group for over a year and love it. I thought I’d only benefit from the course work but quick realized that the people in the community are what makes J&G worth joining. You obviously need to put in the work yourself but it’s comforting to know that i have a network of experienced collaborative people if and when i need them.
Truly excellent multifamily education program! It teaches you everything you need to know to get into multifamily. It is especially helpful if you already own some multifamily units. The training helps you “manage right” which can significantly improve your NOI by many multiples of the cost of the program. The people are super smart but also humble and down to earth. I went to Harvard Business School, which was also an excellent education, and the Jake and Gino program really helped me with the domain specific knowledge I needed to grow my multifamily portfolio.
Awesome group of people and always a huge value add at every event they have. I would highly recommend if you are looking into multifamily investing.
