I’ve been part of Wheelbarrow Profits for two and a half years.
I bought an apartment complex with a business partner and I quickly realized that while buying it and managing it, I was looking for people who could help me. I was looking for an education program, and I needed one ASAP.
Wheelbarrow Profits definitely helped me manage my apartment complex. I joined the community, I joined the coaching calls, and once I joined, I started receiving newsletters that talked about bigger apartment buildings. That inspired me.
That’s when I made my goals bigger.
I decided: I want a hundred-unit apartment building.
At that point I said, “Okay, I can do this.” They helped me believe in myself. One thing I really took from Wheelbarrow Profits is that anything that can be thought, can be done. It’s a matter of wanting it enough to do the work.
I used their instructors, I used the underwriting software, and the entire community has been amazing. Everyone is genuinely nice, and the coaching calls are so helpful. You hear other people’s stories, you learn, and it keeps you going.
In every coaching call, someone has something that will motivate you. Even with my hectic schedule, if I had a couple hours during the day, I’d jump into the training modules — even an hour a week helped me move forward.
Once I started implementing what I learned, I landed a 100-unit deal in the Dallas area. I could never have done this without Wheelbarrow Profits.
I also love that the community isn’t salesy. Maybe that’s not great for everyone, but for me, it’s just real people who have gotten to the next level — and you can get to the next level with them.
